Founder/Managing Partner
Having vast experience of more than 30 years in the field of auditing and taxation, CA Vishnu Baboo Agrawal founded this firm in 1989 and since then helped the firm achieving new heights. Qualified Chartered Accountancy exams in year 1989, he is since then actively involved in providing risk advisory services and auditing services to various multinationals as well as small businesses. Also, a stalwart in the field of Income Tax advisory and the litigation, he has an exemplary record in defending the cases of the clients before the authorities. He is also a qualified DISA holder from ICAI and is also a B. Com graduate. Clients have levelled him as a visionary who foresees the problem before hand and provides the timely solutions which helps businesses thrive in their industry. He heads our practice of Audit and Assurance Department and Direct Taxation Department and is a partner in-charge of our Head Office in Agra. He was also the chairman of Agra Branch of ICAI for the year 2009-10 and successfully organized a 4-day international conference on behalf of ICAI in Agra.

CA. Pradeep Gupta qualified the Chartered Accountancy course in the year 2002 and since then serving the industries in the field of Bank Finance, Private Equity, Due Diligence and much more. He joined our firm in the year 2004 as a partner and with his determination and hard work he has managed to move up to the position of Senior Partner. Having enriching experience of more than 18 Years, he is always committed to deliver quality services to the clients. He is also a partner in-charge of our Delhi Branch.

Mr. Sharma, Partner in charge of Agra Branch , a fellow member of the Institute, qualified in 2006. Mr. Sharma has nearly, 13 years of continuing practice. Mr. Sharma’ expertise lies in tax advisory in GST and litigation handling. He also has a strong Compliance with RBI and SEBI matter are his brilliance as well. He also has a strong hold on tax advisory, secretarial and litigation matter with respect to tax authorities, Appeal, RBI,FEMA and ROC etc.

Mr. Manoj kumar Jain, Partner in charge, Ghaziabad is a fellow member of the Institute, qualified in 2006. He has done Training on IFRS from Piron education (ACCA,UK ), GST course conducted by MSME, Government of India. He has over 15 years of experience across diversified sectors. Mr. Jain’s expertise lies in Internal audit, Management Audit, Statutory Audit, GST Audits and other tax related compliances, System building and implementation Forensic audit, Due diligence audit, Business Planning and Risk advisory, certification work, Other specific/limited scope reviews. Mr. Jain has served various MNC clients public listed and private, scattered into Automobile, Packaging, Software and Service Sectors etc.

A young and dynamic Chartered Accountant, CA Ayush Agarwal has joined our firm in 2019 as a partner and since then he is leading our indirect tax practice all over our offices. He has an enriching experience of more than 4 years in consultancy and litigation in the field of Service Tax, GST, Customs, FTP. Before joining our firm, he was engaged with one of the leading law firms under Indirect Taxation in India. He is also RERA consultant for the builders as well as for the buyers.
